I spent most of my day “offline” today in the kitchen, whipping up a ton of tasty, easy recipes that I’ll be sharing with you over the next month. Some of the recipes will be for product reviews, while others were just ones that were inspired from some e-mails I got, plus I was looking to use up some of the food in our fridge before it went bad!

As busy moms, we take on many roles. Perhaps the most important role is making sure our family is as healthy as they can be. Citrus fruits are a common part of most people’s diets. It’s been over a week that I got home from Kentucky, and I think for the first time since then I’ve finally been able to take a moment to just slow things down and breathe.

I have always loved popcorn, but it became a special kind of comfort food for me when I began my journey with Weight Watchers 10+ years ago. Why? Because popcorn was a healthier snack option, made from whole grains, low in calories and when choosing a low fat option, I didn’t have to sacrifice flavor.
